🌆 Bangkok: The City of Angels (Krung Thep)

Bangkok is a city of dizzying contrasts and a non-stop feast for the senses. Gleaming temples sit beside soaring skyscrapers, while the city's famous chaos somehow blends perfectly with an innate sense of order and spirituality.

  • The Grand Palace & Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha): This is the most important landmark in the city. The Grand Palace is a sprawling complex of stunning, glittering buildings, and within its walls lies Wat Phra Kaew, which houses Thailand's most sacred treasure: the Emerald Buddha. Note the strict dress code—no shorts or sleeveless tops.
  • Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha): Located near the Grand Palace, this temple is famous for its massive, 46-meter-long gold-plated Reclining Buddha. It's also the birthplace of traditional Thai massage.
  • Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn): A breathtaking temple on the Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya River, easily reached by a river ferry. Its tall spire is intricately decorated with colorful Chinese porcelain and is especially beautiful at sunset.
  • Chao Phraya River & Khlongs: The river is the city's lifeline. A boat trip is essential for seeing the city from a different perspective. For a more local experience, take a long-tail boat tour through the side canals (khlongs) to see traditional stilted houses.
  • Chinatown (Yaowarat): As night falls, this area transforms into a world-famous street food paradise. It's a must-visit for foodies, offering every dish imaginable from fresh seafood to unique desserts.
  • Markets: Experience everything from the massive weekend Chatuchak Market to the unique railway and floating markets like Maeklong Railway Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market.

 

Pattaya – The Coastal Playground

Once a quiet fishing village, Pattaya has transformed into Thailand's most famous (and infamous) beach resort. Located just 150 kilometers southeast of Bangkok (approximately 2 hours by road), it offers something for everyone: beautiful beaches, water sports, golf courses, family-friendly attractions, and a nightlife scene famous around the world. In recent years, Pattaya has reinvented itself as a more family-friendly destination while maintaining its vibrant edge.

Itinerary in details:

Day 1: Arrival – Bangkok, Sawadee “Hello” Thailand

Warmly welcome at Bangkok International Airport, meet & greet service by our guide and transfer from the airport to hotel by private air-conditioned vehicle with English speaking guide. Check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is free to discover the “City of Angels” at your own pace.

 

Bangkok, the sprawling capital of Thailand, dazzles visitors with its ornate shrines, bustling street markets, and relentless energy. The Chao Phraya River, crowded with long-tail boats and ferries, winds through the city and feeds a historic network of canals. Flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, the river offers views of the opulent Grand Palace and the sacred Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), two of the nation's most revered landmarks.

Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 2: Highlight of Bangkok (Meal: Breakfast)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on a sightseeing tour of Bangkok's most famous temples. Your first stop will be at Royal Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha, two of the most famous tourist attractions in Bangkok. The Grand Palace is adjacent to Wat Phra Kaew, and together they form a common compound. The Grand Palace features European-inspired designs, except for the roofs, which maintain a distinctly Thai style.

Next, you will visit Wat Po, which is the oldest and largest temple in Bangkok. This temple is famous for its Reclining Buddha (Phra Buddhasaiyas), the largest single Buddha image in Thailand, and is also the birthplace of traditional Thai massage. After this visit, you will have free time for lunch on your own.

You will then visit Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of the Dawn. This iconic landmark is one of the most well-known temples in Bangkok and offers a stunning view of the city.

Enjoy a walk through the flower market before the last visit at the Golden Mountain.

After this visit, you will return to your hotel for some free time to relax and explore the city at your leisure. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 3: Train Market & Floating Market (Meal: Breakfast)

Breakfast at hotel. At 06:30-07:00: Meeting with the Guide at the hotel and departure for a beautiful day of visits to the nearby provinces of Song Khram and Ratchaburi, about 100 km from Bangkok. Let's start with the Railway Track Market (Hoop Rom Market) also commonly called Siang Tai (life threatening) market. It is considered one of the fantastic attractions of Thailand.

We then proceed towards the Damnen Saduak Floating Market, arrive at the pier and with a motorboat in about 30 minutes of travel between the canals, we reach the Floating Market. Damnoen Saduak Market in Ratchaburi is one of the most popular floating markets in Thailand. Every day many Thai and foreign tourists arrive here to shop, eat, and absorb the atmosphere of Thailand's water markets built over a hundred years ago. 11:00 Approx. return to Bangkok, arriving at the hotel around 12:00.

Spend your own time this afternoon for shopping or relaxing.

Day 4: Bangkok – Pattaya, Alcazar Show (Meal: Breakfast)

Take a drive of around 2.5 hours to Pattaya. From here, you will discover some highlights of this city including Sanctuary of Truth which is one-of-a-kind teak structure; a truly awe-inspiring sanctuary to a philosophical truth, which tells of the importance religion, philosophy and art has played in human development and the folly of neglecting morality and spiritual contentment in the pursuit of materialism; Art in Paradise where takes the traditional assumptions of what an art gallery should be and completely ignores them. In the afternoon, you will enjoy Alcazar show. You'll love every minute you spend in Alcazar. On stage is a bevy of professional entertainers presenting artistic impersonations through songs and tales of love and adventure with a fantastic sound and light show.

Overnight in Pattaya.

Day 5: Join Tour – Coral Island Tour (Meal: Breakfast, Lunch)

After breakfast, (join-in) transfer to Pattaya boat pier board on speed boat and depart to Koh Larn for beautiful island and coral reef. This is nice place for snorkeling and relaxing on the beach. Lunch at a local restaurant on the beach in Ko Larn. Spend the leisurely time for swimming, snorkeling, water-skiing, para-sailing or just relaxing and sunbathing. Return to Pattaya and free on your own.    

Overnight in Krabi.

Day 6: Pattaya – Departure (Meal: Breakfast)

After breakfast, you will have free time to relax until it is time for your transfer by mini van or private car back to Bangkok airport for your departure flight. Please note that you should plan to arrive at the airport at least three hours before your scheduled departure.
